Clinton County Criminal Court Information

The criminal division of the Clinton County 29th Judicial Circuit Court handles all felony cases, criminal appeals from District Court, and writs. The 65A District Court has jurisdiction over all adult misdemeanors where punishment does not exceed one year and relevant proceedings including arraignment, setting bond, trial and sentencing. It also conducts preliminary examinations in felony cases. Both the circuit court and the district court are located in St. Johns at:
