At our Michigan criminal defense law firm, we have a long history of success representing individuals in Clinton County and throughout Michigan in all areas of criminal law including:
We have a proven track record of obtaining "not guilty" verdicts, dismissals, and charges not filed as a result of our lawyers’ aggressive defense and committed investigation.
With a statewide practice, we have insight into law enforcement conduct – both the strategies they use to obtain evidence and to try to “catch you” breaking the law and the mistakes they make that may lead to dismissals of charges.
If you’ve been charged with a crime as the result of a “sting,” such as a sex crime or drug crime, we may be able to show entrapment. Entrapment occurs when an otherwise law-abiding individual is enticed to commit a crime. We have successfully used the defense of entrapment to get Michigan criminal charges dismissed.
Law enforcement may also make mistakes by stopping you without probable cause or otherwise violating your constitutional rights. If the stop that produced evidence against you was illegal, the case against you may be thrown out.
By contacting our law firm as soon as you think you are under investigation for a Michigan crime, we can turn the tables on law enforcement.
