At the criminal defense law firm of Grabel & Associates, we have years of experience defending those accused of any type of felony or misdemeanor charge in Michigan. We know that many times, law enforcement officials make key errors during an arrest such as unlawfully detaining an individual, failing to provide an attorney when requested, and not advising citizens of their constitutional rights. - Michigan DUIs/DWIs
- Drug charges including possession, distribution and conspiracy
- Theft crimes
